Morels are known the world over as one of the best wild mushrooms available. Black morels are one of the first mushrooms to emerge in the early spring, generally the year after a forest fire. When rehydrated, they have a crunchy texture and a woodsy, earthy flavor. Our dried morels are grade A and are wild-crafted in Idaho and Montana.
